This was my first time traveling with a pet. My room was clean and fresh. The halls and common areas are clean and fresh. I don't know if the room I stayed in had ever had a pet in it, because there was no evidence left behind! Because this is a pet-friendly hotel, the staff was out cleaning throughout the day. There's plenty of green space for pets to go potty and they provide waste bags. I will definitely stay again!

Disappointed
I’ve stayed at this property before (about 2 years ago) and I normally like this chain, but this time I was disappointed. The building itself is showing a lot of wear and lack of maintenance. My room had broken tiles in the entryway, peeling laminate on the counters, moldy caulking in the tub, and general scuffs around. In the good dide, the bed was clean and comfortable. Some of the staff was courteous and professional, while some were totally clueless. Next time that I need a hotel in BR, I’ll be looking elsewhere.
