The view was beautiful, but the room was just okay and the bathroom was small. I feel like it wasn’t worth the price we paid.

We got stuck in the noisy, no view corner
The wing above the restaurant is the worst and thats were they stuck us. Probably since we were only a 2 night stay. At night, restaurant patrons are noisy. The 6am garage truck woke us up one morning. It’s Nov ‘22 and they are still doing unnecessary social distance protocols in the lobby and breakfast area. The only place on the whole island we saw doing that. The $50 resort fee is a huge rip off.

The hotel was amazing outside was beautiful. I stayed in the one bdr. with kitchet which was perfect for us..You know in Hawaii you dont spend much time in the room but the staff was very friendely and helped when our flight was canceled.

Very close to the beach with a beautiful sunrise view. The room was okay, the air conditioner didn’t always work. There were occasional bugs. Staff was not very friendly. The property itself was quite nice. Not enough gluten free options for the grab & go breakfast.

False Advertisement Re. Ocean Front Rooms
Be aware that what this hotel calls "ocean front" is false advertisement since it is in fact a pool view with partial ocean view per the photos attached so don't bother to pay for the upgrade for an ocean front. I have VIP access/gold exclusive with and should have access to extra benefits at this specific property, but it was the complete opposite. I paid for an ocean front, but my room was 8 rooms away from the water. I asked to talk to the manager Stacie about this at three separate occasions but she was never around. I got her business card and left her a voicemail but never heard back. The front desk personnel explained to me that all rooms highlighted pink below is ocean front so keep this in mind when booking your stay. With exception of the disappointment of not getting what I paid for, I would say it is a pretty good hotel. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. They have a continental breakfast included that I attempted to eat one morning but there was barely any food left by 9am even though breakfast was available until 10am. Also note that they don't have any luggage storage on site.
The view from room 318 which they charge a premium for as it is "ocean front".
The view from outside of room 318 on the backside. This is how far away from the ocean this "ocean front" room is.
The rooms in pink are "ocean front" and the ones in yellow are "ocean view" according to the front desk.

Was very affordable and clean staff was very friendly we enjoyed the music from the restaurant every night. We liked how it was not crazy with family and tourists like the south side of the island. It was located in an area where we could drive anywhere on the island.

The ISO is a little gem of Kapaa, quite, off the beaten path but on the bike path so you can really get out and explore on the provided bikes. This was a great little stay.
