First I paid for 6nights and they seem to only have me down for 5... then my card was charged with the full 2,500CNY deposit even though I was told when I left there I only had to pay 100CNY which I offered for tips... I was given an invoice for 100CNY only for me to return to the UK and find the full 2,500CNY taken from my account... and Expedia are being very unhelpful asking me to speak to the hotel and not Expedia
