要求前台明天早上幫忙打車，都回說沒問題，結果早上5：10請服務員打車，他居然説找警衛大叔當街攔車，因為前一天參加旅遊團須要6：00集合，早上根本攔不到車，最後遇上參加同一團的朋友才可以打車，我們沒有大陸手機無 法打車，前台居然也不幫客戶打車，還我們差點趕不上集合時間
