We had a wonderful stay at Belfiore Park Hotel Garda. We especially appreciated its quieter location, which provided a relaxing atmosphere. Having a car made it very easy to reach all the attractions around Lake Garda quickly and conveniently. Our room was beautiful and offered a stunning view of the lake. The breakfast was satisfactory, although there is some room for improvement. The service, however, was outstanding—every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

Starting off: this place is just ok; it’s simply overpriced for what it offers in terms of amenities and hospitality. The rooms and facilities are clean, though. The biggest bummer was the staff. Some were lovely, but you never know what you would get personality wise, and the consistent vibe was that our presence was an inconvenience at best. There is no gym. The spa/hottub is a very chlorinated above ground tub that sits 4 people - it’s awkward, but fine. They offer free bikes but 2 of them were broken (broken chains) and the “good” one I used had a chain that popped off every time I shifted gears. My husband’s chain broke in half about 2k from the hotel and we had to walk it back. The breakfast buffet was minimal compared to others we had in the area but, again, it was fine. Overall I you can definitely get better value for the price if you go elsewhere.

Amazing stay at Belfiore Park Hotel! Special shout-out to Gianni at the front desk (sorry if I misspelled it) and others that we interacted with were fantastic, including the staff at the bar and breakfast/dinner area. We particularly enjoyed the size of our room, and the perks that were included in our stay (water activities, vintage car, etc.)

My family and I were very pleased with the hotel, its staff and facilities. The pool and spa area was very nice and they had several free offerings for activities such as biking, kayaking and sailing. The breakfast was in a class of its own with a chef who cooked on request and a generally helpful and dedicated staff. Thank you for making our holiday extra special !

We very much enjoyed this property and the surrounding area of Lake Garda. The hotel staff, especially Georgia, went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. We received a upgrade to their two-story penthouse suite with wrap around balcony overviewing the lake and sunset. There is a walking path along the lake in both directions where we walked to local restaurants on the water in the evening. The grounds were impeccable and the amenities such as the wellness spa, beach, pool, and did I mention complimentary afternoon sailboat ride helped make this 2 day stay one of our best ever. Thank you once again!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The location was perfect, the room was comfortable and beautifully maintained, and the bar was of an exceptionally high standard. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay and would happily return. In fact, the next time we visit Garda, we will not need to look for another hotel; we will book this one again without even checking any other options.

Petit déjeuner parfait accueil correct mais on constate après que le service proposé par l’établissement est conditionné comme par exemple la promenade en gâteau inclus dans la réservations fallait que 5 personnes et quand on demande un tour on nous demande 120€ pour 2 personnes. La personne concernée n'est pas à sa place ! Elle exploite son travail et sa position selon ses priorités personnelles ! Cela se voit clairement à la façon dont elle traite les gens.
