A beautiful location set in peaceful gardens with two choices of pools. The attentiveness, service and quality of service was excellent - and very clean - genuinely lovely staff and delicious cuisine. We had a panorama view room which definitely made our stay - the views from our balcony were stunning. Peaceful, relaxing and would have loved to have stayed longer.

The Reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. The return journey Bastia to hotel doubled the cost of this holiday which, Expedia should have warned. A 4 star hotel needs a bar open in the evenings before dinner, which this hotel does not have. Nor any communal areas except poolside.

The property was beautifully situated and well appointed. Our only concern was the lack of any hot water in our room. Despite bringing this to the attention of hotel staff twice on Tuesday Sep 26, nothing was done about it. At check out, I again raised my concern. I was told that no other guest had been concerned about lack of hot water. They thus implied that we just didn't know how to turn the hot water on and were essentially "dismissed". I found this insulting and coloured what is otherwise a really nice hotel and comfortable room.

Un petit coin de paradis

Un très beau site en pleine nature permettant de se ressourcer et de rayonner entre mer et montagne.Top un petit déjeuner de grande qualité avec des produits corses un régal ! Un personnel bienveillant et attentif aux touristes. Très bon séjour

Séjour mitigé

. On nous a d’abord attribué une chambre PMR (non demandée), sombre, avec une forte odeur d’eau stagnante. Il a fallu plusieurs relances pour enfin obtenir un changement de chambre – heureusement, la nouvelle était bien plus agréable. La borne de recharge pour voiture électrique est un vrai plus. En revanche, le petit déjeuner est très basique, et le Wi-Fi est catastrophique : quasiment inutilisable pendant tout le séjour. Dommage, l’hôtel a du potentiel mais certains points doivent vraiment être améliorés.
