O hotel já precisa de umas obras. Havia portas já a desfazer se..A varanda não tem privacidade nenhuma uma vez que se pode passar de uma varanda para outra. No pequeno almoço falta coisas. Por vezes a máquina não tinha descafeinado, apenas saia água. O quarto tem pouco espaço de passagem para o outro lado da cama. O staff é simpático. Não tem estacionamento. A tv tem poucos canais e a maioria são alemães. De todo não tem qualidade para ser considerado dd 4 estrelas.

Poor noise insulation between rooms and corridor

Doesn't have conditioner for hair for room. I asked about how to get from airport still waiting for a reply. Today I was given a late checkout of half an hour despite doing not disturb sign on door cleaner still let herself in. Pool towels leave fluff on everything

Bra hotel

Fint hotel med bra läge, nära till strand och restauranger. Fräsch pool och trevlig personal. Frukostbuffen var bra och varitionsrik. Tyvärr saknade vi Tv som var trasig hela vistelsen (önskat se nyheter då det hänt världsomfattande incidenter under veckan) samt hade vi uppskattat skohorn på rummet.

Buen hotel

Muy bien, a pesar de que el hotel es un poco viejo y la habitacion que nos asignaron no tenia vistas, la relacion calidad precio es buena. El desayuno y cena son tambien acordes al precio, el trato de sus empleados es buena. La ubicacion esta bien a pesar de no ser primera linea de playa.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Die Lage war perfekt, nah genug am Strand und der Innenstadt, jedoch trotzdem genug Distanz um genug Ruhe zu gewährleisten. Das Buffet beim Frühstück und Abendessen hatte eine sehr große Auswahl, sodass immer etwas für jeden dabei war. Die Qualität vom Essen war auch gut. Alles in einem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel ROC Oberoy und würden es genau so wieder machen.

Hübsches kleines, ruhiges Erwachsenen Hotel mit schöner gepflegter Poolanlage. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Schönes Zimmer mit Poolblick in der oberen Etage. Zum Strand ca. 200m. Geheimtipp. Wie kommen bestimmt wieder.

quand nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre, tout était propre. Seulement les femmes de ménage le matin ne changent pas toujours les serviettes ni les draps je trouve cela dommage mais l’hôtel reste très propre très accueillant et le personnel est très sympathique.

Très bon hôtel, très bien situé (proximité plage et commerce). Très bonne cuisine. Quelques petits détails de rigueur de la part des femmes de ménages ne remettant pas en cause la propreté qui est de bon niveau. Personnel sympathique.

UN PETIT COIN DE PARADIS

un havre de paix luxueux à deux pas de la plage et des commerces sans les nuisances !!! Une directrice d'hotel attentive et bienveillante à l'écoute des besoins du client et qui parle le français admirablement.Une équipe d'accueil particuliérement réactive qui répond sur l'heure aux questions par mail des clients et fait tout son possible pour rassurer et guider sans stress : BRAVO !!!

Sehr süßes Hotel und der Checkin verlief tadellos ….alles sauber und sehr nettes Personal. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist das der Pool erst um 10h aufmacht und nur bis 18h geöffnet ist und das Essen am Buffet traf nicht so sehr meinen Geschmack aber hungrig ist man nicht geblieben

Had a 4 night stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, the rooms are nicely decorated and light and airy. It's a small and quiet hotel, which is what we wanted, but you are 5 minute walk from the beach, shops and bars. The food was nice as an all inclusive, always had a pasta choice, meat, fish, selection of salads and potatoes/ chips and rice. Drinks were ok, they don't have proper fruit juice, either at breakfast or for the cocktails, so they weren't the best, solved the problem by drinking sangria, which was lovely and full of fruit! Overall, would recommend and looking at staying again next year, it's perfect for a quiet break.

I got to the hotel and the room was a mess. They didn't clean after the previous guests. The hotel's workers probably tried to fix something in the bathroom, and left a messy floor and a screwdriver. There was also sand on the bed, beer in the bathroom and no towels. When I told it to the guys in the reception they offered me to drive 15 minutes to another hotel from the same chain, and get a room there. Obvious to say I won't be back to such hotel.

Small and set about ten mins walk from the beach but it's in a bit of a residential area and seems to be the place where all of the bin lorries meet each morning at 6am. The aircon and fridge didn't work. Asking for help from reception was met with a bit of a shrug and the assumption it was something I was doing wrong. The place is very geared for German tourists. Most of the signage was in German & Spanish. No English channels on the TV at all. WiFi very sketchy. Breakfast mediocre. Very, very thin walls. And the people above me seemed to spend most of the late evening grinding ball bearings in the room. Small pool area that never got busy so that was nice. But it was an inexpensive couple of days in the sun so its all relative.

Sehr freundliches Personal, gemütliche Zimmer, alles ist sauber, das Essen ist okay. Aber doch einige Kleinigkeiten die stören: Internet funktioniert kaum, TV zB ohne BBC, kein Platz im Zimmer für den Koffer, Seifenspender im Bad war leer... Nichts wirklich Dramatisches, aber das sind die Unterschiede zu den ****-Häusern der ROC-Kette.

Schlechte Organisation

Super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, schöner Ort (Paguera) mit diversen Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Bei unserem zweiten Hotelaufenthalt (Juli 2013) erhielten wir jedoch zuerst ein Zimmer hinter der Rezeption, mit kaputter Balkontüre (Einbruchsgefahr), gerichtet gegen die Strasse neben dem Hoteleingang und einer alten offenen WC-Dusche! Dieses Zimmer entspricht überhaupt nicht der Anforderung eines 4-Sterne Hotels max. 2-Sterne und jedes andere Zimmer im Hotel hat einen viel höheren Standard! Zum Glück konnten wir das Zimmer noch wechseln, denn wir waren 10 Tage dort und wie schon erwähnt war es der zweite Aufenthalt im Roc Oberoy. Das Essen ist sehr gut, sehr abwechslungsreich! Einfach die Organisation ist miserabel, meine Eltern haben nach unserem Aufenthalt auch eine Woche Aufenthalt im Hotel Roc Oberoy gebucht auf meine Empfehlung!!! Einen Tag vor ihrer Abreise haben sie Bescheid erhalten ,dass ihr gebuchter Aufenthalt nicht bestätigt werden kann und sie sich ein anderes Hotel der Roc Kette nehmen müssen (in Illetas Calvia) da sie anscheinend zu viele Buchungen angenommen haben! Für meine Eltern war das recht enttäuschend, denn sie wollten unbedingt auch nach Paguera, denn sie gehen sonst nichr oft in die Ferien. Ich finde einem 4-Sterne Hotel dürfen solche Fehler einfach nicht passieren! Man freut sich so lange auf die hartverdienten Ferien und schlussendlich ein Tag vor der Abreise bekommt man den Bescheid, dass es nicht klappt!!! Einfach sehr schade!!! Deshalb würde ich das Hotel Roc Oberoy nicht ein weiteres mal buchen!

Ideal zum entspannen

Sehr freundlicher Service, deutsch- sprachige Rezeption. Essen auf überdachter Terrasse am Pool möglich (allerdings keine riesen Varianz am Buffet). Pool sehr schön mit hochwertigen Liegen und Schirmen.zimmer Groß und sauber. Gerne wieder....

sehr ruhiges Hotel

Das Personal war recht freundlich,auch an der Rezeption waren sie bemüht zu helfen. Das Frühstücksbuffet und das Abendessen war gut und reichhaltig,bei HP sind die Getränke zum Essen am Abend nicht dabei. Autos können direkt am Straßenrand vor dem Hotel ,oder ein paar Meter weiter auf der linken Seite auf einem gratis Parkplatz abgestellt werden. Durchschnittliches Alter der Hotelgäste liegt ca. bei 50 Jahren, es geht sehr ruhig und leise zu,auch am Abend. Wer etwas mehr Stimmung möchte hat es aber in die Stadt nicht weit (10min zu Fuß) auch am Strand ist man in ein paar Minuten... Bushaltestelle fast direkt vorm Hotel wo alle halbe Stunde ein Bus nach Palma geht... ein super Restaurant ´´la Hacienda Brasil´´ ist auch gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite....Reservierung nötig da immer total voll !
