Large clean room, wonderful pillows, friendly & accommodating staff, excellent buffet breakfast with options for allergies such as gluten & dairy, close to downtown core, train station & Phillips Stadium.

6/10 Good

Really nice hotel with very good rooms and a nice spa, however the layout was absolutely chaotic. It took three separate lifts with walks across the hotel to go from the car to the room and took approximately 50 minutes to do this twice unloading the car. The layout was so bad that the reception staff didn’t seem to know where our room was. The parking was very safe but expensive and our normal height car scraped heavily up and down both ramps. Very useful addition of an ice machine on the bottom floor and a nice coffee machine in the room. Location was perfect, a short walk from the centre and with shops and restaurants close by.

The hotel was brilliant to stay in. The rooms were very clean and spacious. They could improve things like with signage to the reception from the rooms around 460+ as getting back to reception is really difficult and confusing. Overall, I would stay again at this hotel.
