    This was terrible. Towels were not white they were all stained. Sink knob was broken. Very loud and run down. We’ll never stay there again.

    Hotels.com or Hotel info inaccuracy?

    I would like to preface my review by saying we were just looking for a place to sleep for the night for our family of 5. We did a search on Hotels.com for a 5 person room, not much else. When we arrived, after 12 hours of driving, we were greeted by an extremely friendly host. However, that’s where things started to go downhill. As I said before we are a family of 5 and I did a search for such. Hotels.com said it could accommodate 5 in a room. Usually there will be 2 queen beds and a couch or a roll-away when we book a single room. Otherwise if the hotel can’t cater a family this size, Hotels.com usually calls out buying two rooms. Since the site was saying it could accommodate, I figured why not. The host said that there was no couch in the room and that there were no rollaways. Being so tired and knowing that the room was non-refundable, I figured we will have to make it work. It got worse. It was a cold night with a wind chill in the teens. The room had a brand new window unit in it which I was happy about at first. Unfortunately it was air conditioning only. So we slept with our jackets and sweaters on as there was only a light blanket and no comforter in the room. Lastly the room was not in good condition and felt dirty. I prefaced this with the fact that we only needed to sleep, but I figured being a Wyndham hotel it had to be better. I will say all the staff was nice and the breakfast was good. I didn’t like the inaccuracy in sleep capacity.

    The lady who cleaned the breakfast area was really nice, friendly and tried to always keep breakfast area clean. Other than that would not recommend the Super 8 at Las Cruces

    A bed for the night

    Very loud hotel. Parking lot was busy and noisy all night long. Staff was very nice. Room was a little dirty. Lot of fixtures in the room were rigged/duct-taped/screwed into place. Room was very hot - without the heater on. (Freezing cold outside and we were running the A/C). Bed was decent but pillows were awful. Not a good stay.
