Location is acceptable. Quiet street but felt safe.
Flat was big enough. It was clean. Washing machine is a big advantage. There was a small detergent as well.There is a special control unit for drying laundry inside bathroom which worked well. Only negative side is that there is not a cloth hanger inside. We hanged our clothes on bathtub curtain pipe.
Free coffee tickets from the cafe at entrance was nice. They tasted good.
