Happy customer.
Hotel is in a good location to explore the city. We visited Oslo for a running event and we were able to extend our check out time until 12.30 with no extra cost which gave us time to shower before departing. Safe luggage storage was available in reception as we had a late flight home. Rooms are a little dated and in need of refurbishment. No tea and coffee facilities in room but a coffee machine is available in reception at £1 paid by card. Breakfast was very busy but very well organised and so much choice. Lounge bar wasn’t open during our two night stay, so I would say extended opening hours would be good. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Oslo. Thank you for a lovely break.

Nice hotel not a far walk from the train and bus station and near the tram stops. Clean and tidy room ideal for a few nights stay. Not a bad location for seeing the city. Good buffet style breakfast and staff were friendly and helpful.

Short stay in Oslo
Easy to locate hotel as only a short distance from Nybrua tram stop. Receptionist was friendly and helpful and our room on 6th floor was clean roomy and quite adequate. Bathroom Ok but shower area small. Buffet breakfast on both days was superb with so much choice it was difficult to taste many of the items offered. Area was kept clean and tidy. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Pretty good.
Great location, just a 5/10 min walk to the train station plus tram stop right outside. Breakfast had a great selection and the staff were friendly and professional. The room itself was very basic and the WiFi connected but never worked. There were also renovations happening and loud drilling throughout the day.

No phone in the room to contact front desk. A large full spider web was on one of the walls to the ceiling. It had collected a lot of dust so it had clearly been there a while. The room itself was very bare, very outdated. Wi-Fi only worker in one part of the room. The shower dripped all day all night every single day and smelled strongly of mold/mildew. There was renovations occurring in the room above us each morning starting at 7-8am that went for several hours. Don’t really have anything negative to say about the property in general. The room was just awful.
