We were last minute moved to an entirely different location further away from the stadium than we wanted to be. The new reassigned place was nothing like the one we booked. It was not upkept well, the building had elevator issues to a point we had to wait for a while before we could even go up to the room because the stairs were also locked.

I was not allowed entrance to the apartments. He claimed there was a burst pipe. He also claimed he'd put in for a refund for me, but he consistently did not take hotels.com's calls. I have written proof of all this, and then he blocked me from communications. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. I was there for a convention with no rental car. All places were booked. I was left STRANDED. I had to book a place near the airport and rent a car. It cost me hundreds of dollars in addition to the money I lost because he refused to refund me. I also missed a bunch of the convention. HORRIBLE.
