Magnificent, imposing converted post office on the main square facing the central station. Clean, great breakfast spread and cheerful staff. Can walk to loads, but trams & buses stop in square. Standard of our room excellent. One downside was 1st night we were facing square just above hotel entrance, which contained a music speaker that transmitted a thump thump thump base into our room. Staff, particularly Amin, arranged a new room for the rest of our stay. It was perfect. Andrew UK

On the good side. A really good breakfast and a lot to choose from when it comes to glutenfree options. On the down side, the two pillows to choose from was either a really small one or it was huge. A medium, normal sized pillow would be great. And, I wasn't recognised as a VIP (from hotels.com) and given the opportunity to upgrade or something else as promised when I booked. Not a big deal for me, but it might be for others.

The hotel has some ups and downs. Staff is great - were very helpful and were proactive in switching me to a better room after the 1st one I received did not fitting to the hotel level and cost (small, old, poor maintanance). The new room had undergone some renovation and was much better (but at this level of hotel, you usually get better value). The breakfast is excellent. Great location The gym is very well stocked but not easy to find. The rooftop pool (which is advertized as part of the facilities) is only accessible at an additional fee (which is the 1st time I have experienced this). Overall, it is a good hotel but you have better options in the city that give better VFM.

Bra hotell nära centralen och centrum. En riktigt bra restaurang med bra mat och vin, vilket är bra när det regnar från sidan vilket kan hända. rummet var tyst trots riktning mot stora torget och fin utsikt. säng och annat fungerade bra. Enda som möjligen var lite tråkigt var lobbyn med få platser och högljudd amerikansk musik som gör tankar och arbete svårt före och efter utcheckning.
