The property is charming and clean. Bed was comfortable, good water pressure in the shower and the water is soft. Very soft towels, too. We enjoyed coffee and muffins in the mornings. The bartender Denise was lovely, we had a very nice chat with her and enjoyed a couple drinks while watching a football game. Good location and reasonable rates for a very pleasant stay!

The exterior of the building is okay, but when I went up to my room (all are on the 2nd floor) I was pleasantly surprised by the design and the layout. It is in a Spanish style and retained much of the character of the 1927 hotel, very nice and comfortable.

I was looking for a nice quiet hotel on Route 66 in Tulsa, close to the meadow Gold district & a few other stops I had to make, & this hotel was perfect! I got here very late from St Louis the previous night & the staff was so nice & friendly. The room was very antique feeling which I thought matched my Route 66 trek to CA... the stairs were wide & was easy access to my car parked outside to bring in & out my luggage & bags.

It is very cool to be on route 66, even though it is not the original hotel, but the building it is in, is original. Everything was very nice. The area around hotel run down. But if you want to stay on 66, it was very nice. Fun breakfast at Tallys 2 miles away.

This property was so unique and different from the generic motel rooms we have stayed at during our trip. It had charm, unique furnishings, and individually designed rooms. We stayed in the Leon Russell room. There was memorabilia that decorated the room. We loved it.

I love the Campbell. Truly one of Tulsa’s best kept secrets. Each room is themed. Each room is spacious and have the wonderful old bathtubs. There is a small bar next to the lobby and the locals have a happy hour there. It’s on Route 66 and close to lots of restaurants. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

Website needs to be updated. I booked this for the restaurant, spa, and couples massage - also because it was historic. When we arrived, we discovered there was no restaurant, no spa, and no massage. ☹️ The bar was teeny tiny, but the bartender was great! The hotel was in pretty good shape for being 100 yrs old!
