Stay at any other hotel. They’re all better.
Check-in time was about 15 minutes, even though only 1 customer was ahead of us in line. Hotel requires a wristband to use the pool. I stopped by the front desk on day 2 to get wristbands, but the manager, Brandon, said I’d have to wait in the line. He had 8 people in line, so I’m expected to wait 80+ minutes in line to get a wristband to use the pool when I’m already staying at the hotel? 😂

Very disappointing
Check in experience was awful. Got email from hotels.com saying checkin was at 3. We go to the hotel and the front desk person was extremely rude. Did not greet us, said no one checks in before 4. Did not acknowledge that we had received an inaccurate email or even offer an apology at the least. So we waited until 4, came back to a line that stretched all the way out of the lobby. Took almost 45 min to even get checked in. Room was clean but did not have a mini fridge for what we brought to drink. One elevator was broken so it took long waits to get up and down to the lobby & casino. Went to checkout and their system was down. Hoping the extra resort fees they added are removed in a timely manner, since they couldn’t even show we checked out.

Great hotel!
Beautiful hotel, very clean and quiet. We had pizza from a restaurant inside after the concert. Great price and friendly staff. It was 3.5 miles from the BOK center. I'd stay there again.

UNFORTUNATELY PRETTY ANNOYING STAY
We checked in .The lady said she has 6 floors available. We asked for the 6th floor, the lady gave us keys for a room on the 3rd floor. Which was fine . HOWEVER when we got to room she gave is the key for . The keys DID NOT WORK . We went back downstairs, the lady said she gave us the wrong keys . She gave us the correct keys on the 6th floor . When we got to the room. The T.V did not work and the bathroom lights were flickering . We then went BACK to the hotel desk AGAIN . The lady was rude asked what exactly the light was doing.. then gave us another room. We went back up to the 6th floor to a different room however one of the lights were flickering in the bathroom just like the last .. ALSO check in was at 4pm . The desk told us after the 2nd time that the pool would be closed from 530 to 930 for a pool party . This was very unfortunate because after 930 pm it was then 67 degrees outside.
