Good location, walking distance to port and city center, friendly staff, but room very outdated, need serious update. Nothing like the pictures you see on Expedia. I think the pictures you see when booking are from the main building. But the property has several small buildings around the the main building. we stayed in the "Villa Palace" in the rear, by the parking lot. Even the blankets are very old.

Geçen sene de bu oteli tercih etmiştim ve memnun kalmıştım. Haliyle bu sene de Sakız adasına giderken konaklamak için yeni bir yer arayışına girmedik. Otel konforlu tesis güzel odalar temiz personel Güler yüzlü ve dost canlısı. Yemekler de iyi ama açıkçası daha iyi olabilir ve kahvaltı akşam yemeği ücretsiz konseptinde içeceklerin de ücretsiz olması daha güzel olurdu. Ama genel olarak güzel bir otel tavsiye ediyorum.

町の中心に近いリゾートホテル

建物はだいぶ年季が入っている感じですが、三つ星でありながら金庫もついていましたし、スリッパも用意されていました。リクエストしておいたとおりにバスタブ付きの部屋でしたが、栓が故障しておりそのままだとお湯を溜めることができませんでした（携帯式の栓を持っていたので、それで何とかなりましたが）。 町中まで徒歩10分位で行けますし、良いホテルだと思います。

2 kişilik tek yatak için rezervasyon yapıldığı halde bize 2 ayrı tek kişilik yataklı oda vermişler. Bu yetmezmiş gibi, tuvalet sifonu bozuk ve sürekli akıyor ve inanılmaz gürültü yapıyordu. Durumu söylediğimizde başka odamız yok deyip ilgilenmediler. Akşam geç saatte geldiğimiz ve yorgun olduğumuz için başka çaremiz yoktu. Gittik yattık, gece inanılmaz bir gürültü koptu ve birkaç saat boyunca tesisattan geldiğini düşündüğümüz Gürültü devam etti. İlk gece uyuyamadık, Midilli Adasındaki mükemmel otel deneyiminden sonra burası kabus oldu. Ertesi gün durumu bildirdik yine ilgilenmediler ve aslında odamızın rezervasyonumuza göre daha üst bir oda olduğunu çünkü odada balkon olduğunu söylediler. Bu pişkinliği ve utanmazlığı nasıl izah edebilirim bilmiyorum. Neyse otelden çıktık geri döndüğümüzde odamızı aksi bir talimat olmamasına rağmen temizlemediklerini gördük. Bir sonraki gün nihayet odamızı temiz ve sifonu değişmiş ancak yine iki tek kişilik yatak bulunan başka bir odaya verdiler. Otelde bir tane havuz var 12.00de açılıyor. Yani diyorlar ki ağustos sıcağında güneş tepedeyken girin. Otelin restoranı iyi, ilk akşam yemek yedik yemekler çok güzeldi. Ama cuma ve cumartesi gecesi düğün gibi özel bir etkinlik oluyor, restorandan faydalanmanız mümkün değil. Otelin arkasında genişçe bir otopark var ama bu özel etkinlikler yüzünden yer bulmak imkansız. Otel fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi değil. Mobilyalar eski tesisat eski, bir daha asla kalmam.
