The Staff were amazing. Professional, polite and attentive. The property was clean and looked good. However, we had no hot water for showering. The rooms are not sound proof, you can hear a pin drop from the other rooms. The outside noise was terrible from the lane. I would not rate this hotel 5 star, nor would i recommend anyone to stay there.

Clean room, good size, housekeeping did a great job, has a mini fridge, tub and nice separate shower and separate WC. The manager was very helpful and friendly. The only issue is that the room's floor was wooden with no carpet or rugs. As a result, you could hear the person(s) in the room above walking with high heels, and moving the chairs/table around, suitcases being pulled around, etc. Also there is a nightclub at the end of the same alley about 200 feet away, and we were there over a weekend from Thur. through Sun. Could sometimes hear the music and people's voices in the alley that also contained a very popular, crowded restaurant.
