The hosts are terrible, the communication before check in was minimal- only answering basic information and unable to confirm details about the property. When we arrived at the unit and tried to check in, we were shocked to see garbage everywhere and a window was smashed broken, the glass door I was broken by a rock, the unit , the garbage was all around the property, the property for sure was not ready to rent out.We felt so unsafe and uncomfortable that we could not even enter the unit as it seemed like there was a huge party here the night before and/or someone tried to break into the unit. Upon this happening, the host tried to transfer me to the property manager and we could not reach him at all and even heard they hang up the line on us. This is ridiculous as we arrived late at night and were stranded without a place to stay with a small baby with us. We expect that at least the host and property manager try to explain what happened and help us find another accommodation however we were left to fend for ourselves. Truly disappointing and would never book with them again.
