It is suitable for short trip travellers without big suitcases. As mentioned in others comments, there is only stairs for us to reach the reception.
Other things are good and no big problem during the stay.

Well placed budget hotel.
R&B Hotel was clean and with good service. The room was small as expected of this type of hotel, but everyting was spotless and all facilities worked well. It was very quiet during my stay.
The Hotel is very convenient for Shin Yokohama station, if you leave from Exit 10 you will be at the hotel in a couple of minutes. The Hotel is also very close to the Ramen Museum, which is worth a visit as the basement is full of working restaurants created in a 1950's style. It is like being on a film set. If going back to Yokohama I would definitely stay again.

ライブの帰りに泊まるだけの目的でした。次の日も朝早かったので、とにかく駅近で選びました。チェックイン24時前チェックアウト6時とタイトでした。チェックアウト時には既に朝食のサービスを受けておられる方がいらっしゃいました。美味しそうなパンを横目に私は帰りました。目的から言うと可もなく不可もなくです。ちょっとコスト面では割高かなと思いました。

横浜アリーナでコンサートを見た後に泊まりました。シャワーを浴びて寝るだけだったので、十分でした。2人で1部屋でしたので、少しベッドが小さく感じましたが、ビジネスホテルなので仕方ないかなと思って過ごしました。横浜アリーナからも駅からも近くて立地が良かったので、また横浜アリーナに来る際は泊まっても良いかなと思います。
