the best hotel in Macau

What should I say? It was truly a perfect and amazing experience. It is a perfect hotel that is clean, friendly and needs no words. Allen ~!! Thank you. I don't know if you'll ever see this, but I appreciate your kindness and goodwill. I have no doubt that you are one of the best employees. The best at Okura Hotel, the best at Allen in the lobby lounge

2/10 Poor

Luggage misplaced

Left 4 of our luggage for storage on day of check-out. Upon our return, we only received 3. We realized it later on the bus and almost missed our ferry. Only "good thing" was that staff came to send it to us at the terminal. Very bad experience so far as there hasn't been any communication from the hotel
