Great hotel. Super clean (however they don’t clean rooms unless you let reception know and they don’t make the beds ?). Great breakfast, located just outside the walled old town but within 10-12 minutes you’re right in the heart of it and 5 minutes from the ferry station. Very comfortable bed, great blackout curtains, mini-fridge, iron, all you need. Great hotel!!

We really liked the hotel. It is new and very clean. Wonderful parking garage. Breakfast was amazing. But it is a bus tour hotel and breakfast is busy at times. Room only gets cleaned every 3 days which was a problem for us. We had a typical american style King bed. Very walkable to the old town.

We very much enjoyed our 5-night stay. Room was compact but comfortable . Bed and bedding were comfortable. Room was quiet. Appreciated the hangers and hooks to hang things on. Shampoo/bath products were wonderful. I would have given a 5-star for everything, except we did have 2 dirty glasses in our room upon arrival that had clearly been missed when room cleaned from prior guests. The fitness centre had everything we needed, although we found the room a bit warm - gets hot quickly once you start working out. Otherwise perfection - incredible breakfast and location. Easy to walk to from Ferry terminal and easy walk to old town.

Siivooja puhui vain venäjää. Muuten hotelli oli siisti ja tietysti hyvällä paikalla. Kattoterassi oli hieno, vaikka baari olikin jostain syystä juuri meidän vierailumme ajan kiinni. Ei tullut amerikkalaisen hyvän hotelliketjun vaikutelmaa, koska hotelli oli pieni ja halvan ketjuhotellin lailla sisustettu. Aamiainenkin oli vain keskinkertainen. Hotellin ravintolan ruoka ei ollut kummoista.
