A very nice property with a upscale spa feeling. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast was VERY nice. Staff was very friendly and service oriented even though we had a bit of a language barrier. They were very kind to us. The only thing that drove us crazy was the lights in the room would turn on during the night when it sensed any movement. The bed was very comfortable. The room quiet for sleeping. The neighborhood is very walkable and safe. We used Uber at times as well with no issues. Great stay! Highly recommend!!

A integração com a natureza, especialmente com os pinheiros ao redor, deixa tudo ainda mais especial. Gostamos bastante da hospedagem! Os funcionários foram atenciosos, café da manhã com itens de qualidade, serviço de quarto impecável. O hotel deu um quarto que não estava na categoria do que a gente reservou, estava bem abaixo e era um quarto minúsculo, fui conversar com os funcionários da recepção e depois de muito tempo e insistência me responderam que naquela noite não tinha como trocar de quarto, que eu fosse na parte da manhã do dia seguinte para ver se já tinha disponibilidade de um. Na manhã seguinte conversei com funcionário e ele arrumou um quarto na categoria que eu tinha reservado, porém o quarto estava com um cheiro muitooo forte e horrível de mofo. A comodidade no quarto foi péssima. O café da manhã é muito bom e bem gostoso e a maioria dos funcionários são simpáticos e bem receptivos.

Esta é a terceira vez que nos hospedamos no hotel, me decepcionei nos colocaram em um quarto com cheiro de mofo, o quarto as madeiras, a cabeceiras estavam empoeirados, o café e é excepcional, a piscina tudo ok. Quanto ao atendimento dos funcionários Lovania e Vitor lamentável a postura deles, fiz comentários a respeito das condições do quarto e quando sai da recepção pelo espelho vi que eles estavam debochando do que havia comentado… lamentável .
