Staff was great hotel was nice just to far from where I needed to go
Leah, 3-night trip

Other than being noisy it was a great stay!!
Jason, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Breakfast area could have been a bit more clean. It was a short trip but it was great for the price!
Karmella, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The little details such a pictures in room missing, more utilitarian vibe but clean and close to clay center. Will stay again.
Delia, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The hotel was nice but there was homeless people sleeping everywhere
Bobbie, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

The staff was friendly and the room was a good size with a kitchen. The homeless population is large around the building
Halee, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Hotel is dated but room was remodeled and very clean. Neighborhood is ok, homeless tent camp next the parking lot looks sketchy. But we had no issues.

Room was nice. Didn't have an ice machine that was working they were all in un plugged. But it was a good place to stay
Loreto, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Room was very clean. Staff was super friendly. Decor was nice and modern looking. Unfortunately, the toilet paper wasn’t stocked. The faucet in the bathroom would only produce blistering hot water and the shower wouldn’t get hotter than room temperature. As for the kitchenette, there were no cooking pots, utensils, or plates. The front desk didn’t have any either. The pillows were wicked flat (typically there are two types). Bed was comfortable and the ac/heating unit worked well.
Amanda, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The first room they hadn’t cleaned
Larry, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Pretty good for the area. Area simply isn’t that great. Check in is kind of aggressive instead of welcoming. Day shift check out however was very nice and pleasant.
Marc, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The room had a smell but it was from the drain. The AC from the room above me was leaking into my room but I was ok. Overall the stay was good since it was a solo stay.
Natasha, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

We were greeted with roaches and the entire hotel smelling like weed. The staff were unprofessional and rude. The toilet and the sink wouldn't drain. The sink had not been cleaned of some food from the previous occupant.
Nicholas, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

The staff in the breakfast area were SO nice... but they didn't have what they needed to put out- not because of their own doing. The smoke detectors were chirping in the hallways- annoying but fine. The door keys would only work for a day even though we were there multiple days, and our rooms all needed rekeying. It was a bed, the kitchenette is a nice perk, but I wouldn't stay again.
Cameron, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Poor sound insulation. heard too much in the hallways and adjoining rooms at 2:00 in the morning.

4/10 Fair

Seems like a place where people go after they've been evicted from their dumpy apartment.
Lawrence, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

While the reviews arent far off, it still isnt the absolute worst place. Cons: - Less then present staff. Only in the first night when i checked in did i see someone behind the counter. I went downstairs to ask for some more towels. But ended up standing around for a few minutes calling out. - cleanliness was okay. There was water damage around the bottom of the sink and some dust around the edges of the room but i didnt see any mold when i looked around. - The rule regarding only bringing in service animals doesnt really apply it seems. There were several dogs which were more then likely not service related which would bark throughout the night. - Noisy neighbors partying throughout the night. - Less then desirable area. It is a sketchy place to get to and to park. As well as a few homless people who like to gather around that area at night. - Lackluster security. I didnt see a single security camera when i looked around. Which wouldn't be as much of a problem, if the night shift wasnt missing. Pros: - It was moderately priced. It was still a bit much for how the accommodations were lacking. - Being in the city wasnt terrible. But the other people driving are not the friendly.
