This place is a complete scam! Hope you read this before booking this since nothing you see is like it is, rooms are horrible, dirty, fungus everywhere and even the bed sheets are full of yellow stains and last but not least there are insects! After getting a confirmation that I would get a full refund they didn’t confirm but luckily Hotels.com helpt out, I also made a complain at the tourist police since this place is really a scam and fraud!

The front desk did not have any information about our arrival. He asked for apartment owners details which I did not have. I checked my booking details multiple times but did not get any help. Tried the virtual assistant and it kept on going in circles. Then checked the booking details and supposedly I was to send an email to the apartment 48 hours before arriving. I did not receive any email from the property in this regard. Now my money is lost and I had to make a last minute reservation at another hotel. The frustration could have been saved if I could speak to a customer service rep as in the past which used to help in getting out of such situations. Very bad experience both at the apartment as well as on hotels.com
