8/10 Very good

The hotel is stunning, seven buildings in one of different ages. We were in the oldest part which was gorgeous and had an amazing wooden ceiling. The greeting we had from Maxim was excellent, so welcoming and friendly. Great information and really helpful map too. The only thing that let us down was getting to the hotel for valet parking! We drove exactly where we were sent via the directions but it omitted to tell us to drive up to the bollards to be let in! (Bollards are all around Ville Heute centre to reduce access.) Other than that, a fabulous stay in beautiful surroundings.

The Hotel Le Place d'Armes is a beautiful and unique boutique hotel. Our junior suite made us feel like we were royalty! Luxurious furnishings and appointments including the shampoos and lotions. Staff were very polite and our room was very quiet. The location was also fantastic-close to shopping and many restaurants.
