Good value, very nice staff
Very friendly staff. Room has a minibar. There was no air-conditioning and the room would get very hot during the summer days. There was a fan provided. Good value anyway

Happy
Staff were very helpful, the room and the breakfasts were good. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean. It was noisy until about 11pm, seems to be under a flightpath to the airport. No teamaking equipment, but that seems to be pretty much the same everywhere. Location was within walking distance of the train station and the city centre

Pretty good hotel near old town
This was a good hotel just walking distance from the old town of Luxembourg City and not far from the station. The room was large, comfortable and clean. There was no AC in the room but as it was a big room with a high ceiling it didn't get too hot at night. The free wifi also worked well. My only complaint about the room is that there was only a net curtain in the bathroom, so not the best for privacy. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. Breakfast was not included with our stay but was available for an additional cost. I thought it was a bit expensive, although there was a good selection of food and drinks.

Not one for light sleepers!
We stayed in the annex on the ground floor and we could hear every little movement the family in the room above made! Did not help that they were moving around at 3 in the morning, rolling what I assume were suitcases across the floor, child crying, squeaky floor boards etc. This went on for a good hour for two nights in a row. The following night, the family above were no longer there but instead at 3am we had a wake up call from large bins being rolled across the car park! The hotel reception is also closed a lot! Nobody was on reception when we arrived, which we knew would be the case and had been told our key would be in the lock box, and it was not. The barman struggled to find the key too. Then on the day we left, we asked to store our luggage for the day and said when we would be returning to collect it at 3pm but when we returned the hotel was closed again! I would also say that the reception staff were not overly friendly for people working in the hospitality industry. I would not stay there again.
