When we arrived there was no heating and no hot water. Property had been empty before and it was cold to the core. Ther was no instructions on how to switch on the heating (electric heaters with time setting) and no instructions for hot water. We eventually got a message 6 hours after checkin with a picture to show where to switch on the water heater. Main heater in the bedroom was never fixed - engineer was booked but never arrived. Portable heater on full all day can't be safe?
