Lovely property right off the boardwalk and beach. Well appointed and exactly as presented in the listing. Also close to all the action, but far enough away to not have all the noise. There was a bit of street noise, but nothing too bad. Loved the rocking chairs outside each room! I know it’s early in the season, but the pool was not available even though it had had water (quite a bit of algae). Make sure to note your parking space numbered to match the room. We didn’t notice at first and had to move our car to the correct space. All said, a great property…would stay again!

Our room was very noisy. You can hear the band and the patrons talking at the bar across the road, not just background noise, you might as well be at the bar. You could also hear the dogs next door. The room was very small, no chair(s) for sitting. Just the bed and 2 side tables. The mini-frig worked well and property was clean. Easy access to ocean and elevated deck at one end of property so you able to sit and see ocean.
