Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Every element of the hotel, and every piece of furniture and cutlery is designed with intent with beautiful materials and attention to detail and fits together seamlessly. Normally I like heading out to explore cities, but the Capella created a place I didn’t want to leave. I could sit in the main dining room for an afternoon and just read a book. The service is goes above and beyond expectations. One small example: My iPhone charger broke and the hotel gifted me a new chord.

Dennis Laubenstein has done a fantastic job once again. After his success elsewhere, he has brought that same magic to Taipei, leading another great team and creating a truly world-class hotel experience right here in the city. The property is stunning and the service is elite, as expected from his leadership. The only small tweak needed to hit a "perfect 10/10" would be the Asian breakfast selection. It just needs a bit more "oomph" and variety to match the incredibly high standards found in the rest of the hotel. Overall, a brilliant addition to Taiwan’s luxury scene. Highly recommended!

서비스 끝내주고 침구좋고 호텔 엄청 깔끔 청결함. 소프트웨어는 좋았지만, 하드웨어가 별로인 느낌. 객실 좁고 뷰도 저멀리 101이 보이는거빼면 매우 별로임. 애프터눈티 칵테일 타임 별거 없고 여기도 장소 협소함. 수영장도 무난한 수준임. 조식은 괜챃았음. 하지만 전체적으로 가격에 비해 좀 별로인 느낌. 오히려 좀 더 싼 만다린오리엔탈이 더 좋았음(여긴 건물이 좀 오래된건 단점이지만 관리는 잘되고 큼)

整體而言臺北嘉佩樂還是一間超棒的飯店。 這次是第二次入住，check in人員問是否第一次，但是她應該在系統看得到，建議對客人說歡迎回家較佳。 Living Room的服務人員，請他送三種蛋糕各一份，竟回答其實你可以自己拿，但是客人自己去拿薑汁汽水時，已經拿好杯子與放冰塊，竟然拿了另一種杯子，說我們都用這種杯子。這樣讓住房的貴賓無所適從…
