The hotel was extremely clean extremely beautiful just as you would expect a hotel in a tropical Oasis to be. The room was very clean, staff was very attentive. Only issue I had is that the towels were extremely cheap feeling and it was the week of carnival so the complementary breakfast was not properly filled because they could not keep up with the amount of people coming to the breakfast buffet. Other than that... excellence!

This is a relatively new hotel, and they paid great attention to detail adding items such as International electrical outlets as well US outlets. It’s close to several restaurants. We took a taxi from the hotel to Blue Lagoon for dinner for just 50 EC. The facility has nice spacious rooms, huge pool and gym and the front desk staff are truly wonderful. In fact everyone we came across in St. Vincent was very respectful and helpful.

Room was clean and updated. Breakfast was included but VERY limited. 4 days I was there, options were eggs, French toast, bacon, a vegetable, some toast. Some juice and yogurt. There was more people then quantity of food provided. The staff can improve on providing a list of food options. I didn’t know there was a restaurant across the hotel till last day. Could have grabbed food from there instead of taking a cab to town.
