The resort is not 5 stars. The rooms are nice, the rerritory isspacious, but layout is inconvenient, service is below average, and resort has numerous maintenence issues. The food is inconsistent. Coffee in main breakfast restaurant was terrible, kitchen was often smelling burnt food. Employees are disengaged and dont seem to care about doing a good job. It is definately overpriced. I wouldnt recommend staying there.

The property is beautiful, but the staff will leave you wanting more. This is a beautiful resort in a beautiful location. We found however compared to all inclusive resorts in other countries, the staff just had no desire to please the guests. There was no urgency or willingness to help. They just show up and do their jobs. Which for some people may be fine, but we are used to extreme levels of hospitality at all inclusive resorts. It all started from check in. We checked in after midnight which meant that the staff member who dropped us at our rooms was giving us a tour of the property in the pitch black. This left us to figure everything out ourselves the next day even though we explained to staff we got in late. Next was the housekeeping. The rooms were muggy and moldy. The bed was made but there was never a clean smell. In fact, it smelled like a dirty mop was being used. Next is concierge. There were instances on property that we discovered had an upcharge. When we asked about these restricted areas, we were only told, this is for prestige members. No one asked us if we wanted to become prestige members. Concierge didn’t make any effort to book reservations or excursions for us. Granted, we did not seek out any excursions, but again, the general lack of urgency from staff was not what we were used to. This is the first all inclusive vacation in my life where I tipped less than $50 the whole trip. Only the nice lady at breakfast went above and beyond. Would not recommend

Terrible experience. Check-in was a total mess for 7 people and 4 rooms. 86 year old placed on a third floor of a building without an elevator. Had to argue to make them correct it. Actually none of the buildings in this Resort are accessible. None of them have elevators although this place was build in 2008 (no excuses that it’s an old property). Distances between rooms, restaurants, pools and lobby are huge, paved with irregular pavers. Wheelchairs are impossible to use due to the irregular surfaces. Internal golf cart system to transport elderly people is offered but waiting times were so long that we gave up using it. Signage providing directions throughout the property are almost non-existent. Impossible to know where you have to go to get to your building. Dozens of people lost throughout the property every day, begging for directions, totally frustrated. Majority of the staff doesn’t seem to be happy, although very few exceptions were very attentive and supportive. App that is highly recommend by the staff upon check-in is useless. Scheduling of Resort activities is never updated and internal map directions are also outdated. I learned that it doesn’t work because Spain is responsible for keeping it updated, so any local changes to activities have to be informed to Spain by email before they can update the App. Note: Spain is 5 hours ahead in time zone. Total non-sense. Pools were really good and food and drinks abundant and of good quality. I’ll never go back.

A experiência gastronômica do hotel ficou abaixo do esperado, principalmente no buffet central. A limpeza e a conservação dos alimentos me pareceram questionáveis: o ambiente estava muito quente e alguns itens que deveriam estar frios estavam em temperatura inadequada, o que gera preocupação com segurança alimentar. Outro ponto negativo foi o uso de copos de plástico para servir cerveja. Para um estabelecimento desse porte, achei bastante ruim, ainda mais porque o copo plástico tinha um cheiro desagradável. Esse detalhe compromete a experiência e passa uma impressão de falta de cuidado com a apresentação e a higiene. Já os restaurantes especializados tiveram um desempenho melhor. O italiano e o francês foram muito razoáveis, com boa qualidade e uma experiência mais agradável em relação ao buffet. O mexicano, inclusive, me surpreendeu positivamente: foi melhor do que eu esperava e se destacou entre as opções. Em resumo, os restaurantes à la carte salvam parcialmente a experiência gastronômica, mas o buffet central precisa de melhorias urgentes na refrigeração, na conservação dos alimentos e na qualidade dos utensílios oferecidos aos hóspedes.

O melhor all inclusive do Brasil, sem dúvidas. Nossa 3a vez no selection e é incomparável em termos de comida, de piscinas e de clube kids. Alguns funcionários se destacam: Aisha no check in, João Carlos concierge, Dona Izabel e Arienan no Pelô, Priscila bar piscina silenciosa, tios Leo, tia Pop, tio Pipo no Star camp. A comida do restaurante baiano é maravilhosa. Filé de carne de sol bota mil! Algo a melhorar? 1) O atendimento do Sakura tepan no Bahia. Garçonetes demoravam demais pra vir perguntar as bebidas, ficamos parados esperando o “show” começar um tempão enquanto o chefe do outro grupo fazia um barulho que não dava nem pra conversar. O nosso começou mas não tinha nenhuma interação.2) o valor das massagens do spa (muito caras)

Os pontos de melhoria que destaco são aspectos gerais de limpeza, durante todos os dias senti um cheiro forte de caixa de gordura em especial pela manhã . O jantar no restaurante italiano deixou a desejar, o buffet onde deveríamos nos servir de salada e sobrenesa não eram repostos e os pratos principais deixaram a desejar. Poderiam explorar com músicas típicas cada um destes ambientes

Freqüento Risorts dessa rede há muitos anos, no Brasil e fora do Brasil por achar muita boa a relação custo benefício! Nessa viagem fomos comemorar o aniversário de 50 anos de uma amiga e, foi incrível a atenção de todos. Nos atendiam sempre, a semana toda com o sorriso no rosto e com muito boa vontade. O restaurante buffer principal foi maravilhoso, comida variada e de excelente qualidade. Enfim, voltaremos!
