DON'T BOOK HERE! THE LOCATION IN THE MAP IS FALSE! The location is NOT where the map shows, it is in an UNNACCESIBLE place UP in the mountain.
The map shows a main avenue accessible even by car, but the actual address is several streets away, uphill, with endless flights of stairs up and down, slopes up and down and of course NO VEHICLE NOR TAXI access whatsoever. It is impossible to use suitcases with wheels; you have to CARRY THEM BY HAND along a mountain path uphill.
When we arrived and complained of the misinformation (contact is only possible via WhatsApp; there is no reception), they promised to "find a solution" but kept us waiting with our luggage all afternoon and night without offering any real alternative. The next morning, we left on our own to find other accommodation since they were not give us a solution in another apartment on purpose to keep us there and force us to stay.
Furthermore, the check-in process requires that you take pictures of the faces of all guests, send them to them (so they store your pictures in their system) and also TO ARRANGE A VIDEOCONFERENCE with them, completely abnormal and abusing of the people privacy and time of the customers.
Unless you are extremely fit mountain expert willing to carry your luggage by hand uphill going up and down also thousands of stairs everytime you want to enter/leave the apartment, look for any other apartment in Lake Como, there are hundreds of options. Avoid being cheated!
