Luxurious spot in St Malo
Staff was wonderful, the room was roomy, the bed comfy and the bathroom well appointed with toiletries, a plush robe and slippers. Beautiful views of the ocean and a very nice (if busy) spa.

How this hotel was accredited with 5 stars is beyond comprehension. Some of the staff are totally disinterested in offering an acceptable level of customer service.
Unfortunately I risked lunch in the bar area. The salad was part frozen. Who freezes tomato?

I do not recommend
The room had a very unpleasant smell, as if the carpet had never been washed. Very small shower. Breakfast was awful, cold, unappetizing scrambled eggs that took a very long time to arrive. None of the waiters in the restaurant spoke English, is this really the standard for a Grand Hotel? The situation was saved by a very polite employee from the reception and a beautiful view.

Hotel bien agréable
Hotel bien agréable, bien situé en bord de mer. Personnel sympathique et présent. Le spa est plaisant notamment ce parcours aquatonic. Deux bémols: les chambres sont assez petites et le prix du petit déjeuner est exorbitant en rapport aux produits servis. Nous le prenions dans le passé (2 ou 3 précédents séjours) mais cette fois-ci, non, nous allions à l'extérieur.
