"the staff at this hotel is the greatest asset.We stayed here on 3 occasions over a 3 week period.The first room we could not adjust the temperature.The 3rd room had a bad lock you had to fight with to get the door closed.All rooms had bad dripping taps.The pool although large and enjoyable is looking quite shabby.The Italian restaurant is excellent for both dinner and breakfast and we enjoyed the bar for a nightcap.The hotel is in a great location and we walked to the canal where there is a lot going on.Overall we had a good stay but the hotel is in need of a refresh"
