I did not have ice or coffee on premises nor a plastic bin that onsite so when you go buy ice each day and a cooler to put it into, and coffee, I am not sure if the value is there. TV is internet free tv so it’s very limited but it is TV. Room was clean fresh paint smelt fine. Coffee and ice are a hassle

Online, this hotel looks chic and nice. In person, it’s very average. The pool looked dirty and no one was using it even though it was warm out. Our room was spacious but the set up was odd. There was so much space between the two beds and the desk. No mini fridge. The toilet was in front of the bathroom door making it awkward to walk in. The single light in the ceiling gave a sad yellowish tone. Beds were comfortable and clean. Neighborhood is super sketchy. Staff stays locked away, dealing with you thru a window only. No breakfast. Nothing fancy about this place at all.

I arrived at 2 AM, and the receptionist told me there were no rooms available. I told him I had already paid for a room, and he replied that I arrived too late and that's why there was no room left. The Hotels.com website says they have 24-hour reception, which is why I chose it. I had requested a double room, and he told me the only room they had was a room with a king-size bed. I had to take it, but it was NOT WHAT I REQUESTED. We went into the room, and honestly, I have NEVER been in such a DIRTY room. We cleaned the bathroom floor with tissues, and they were completely black with grime. The next day, my son didn't want to take a bath just thinking about having to step on the bathroom and shower floor. Honestly, I don't usually write reviews, but on this occasion, I think it's VERY IMPORTANT that people know about my experience. Of course I'll never go back. I understand I didn't book a 5-star hotel, but if a hotel of any category can't guarantee that its rooms are at least clean, they're in the wrong business. Just to finish and make it clear, the filth in that room wasn't from just one day; the whole experience was truly unpleasant.
