I didn’t even make it out of my car and the hotel staff was already assisting me in taking out my luggage from the car. The moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles and extremely friendly staff. The hotel is stunning and the room was breathtaking. I wish we stayed here longer, this is by far the best hotel in portimao. HIGHLY recommend

Lovely location opposite the beach, quiet at night, amazingly big room with a balcony looking out at the beach. Plenty of space to sit by the pool when we went and it was great drinking cocktails by the pool but it was too cold to go in the water. Breakfast was really good too with lots of options and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Checked in for a night after the afronation festival. The room wasnt ready at check in, since they had a pretty big weekend. Nonetheless, hotel is very nice and great location. The room was quite beautiful. Breakfast was good, many options. There was a smell in our room for a bit, since they literally just cleaned the room but other than that it was good stay. There was a random unknown bug on the bathroom floor tho, so that was a bit weird. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious, property was big.

A pleasant hotel, but I was hoping for a little more given the reviews. The hotel is modern and has all the facilities you could want, including a swimming pool, gym and bar. Breakfast was good, and I would say above average overall. That said, I would recommend changing the brand of baked beans and sausages! The bar was also a nice place to relax, with plenty of TV screens if you enjoy watching sport. We didn’t try the restaurant, as there is so much choice in the local area. However, the hotel might benefit from offering guests an incentive to dine there. I believe the themed buffet costs around €35 per person. For me, the main downside, and the reason I wouldn’t give five stars, was the lack of sunshine. Our room was at the back of the hotel, meaning our balcony was always in the shade. In October, this made it quite cold, and we would have appreciated being offered a room with a sunnier aspect. The pool area was another disappointment in this respect, as it remains in the shade for much of the day. By around 1.30 pm, there was hardly any sunshine left around the pool. A big plus, though, is the beautiful beach directly opposite the hotel, where sunbeds were available for just €6 for the day. Overall, we had a nice stay and enjoyed ourselves. With a few improvements, particularly around room allocation and making the most of the sunshine, the hotel could offer an even better experience. Thank you for a pleasant stay!
