Room was clean, staff helpful. There was no ski self storage though and needed to pay a fee for ski valet and couldn’t get skis out before 9am when the shop opened.

While the location is indeed pretty perfect, the rest was far from. They call it an 'experience' hotel.. the experience was well below even the most basic of expectations. On the night we checked in there was a techno night going on next door, reception didn't even bother to mention it. We only found out by the noise and the complimentary ear plugs left on the side. The theme continued with no one on reception ever bothering to say good morning or good evening.

We spent just one night at this hotel, arriving after midnight. Our key was waiting for us. Small but nice rooms, clean, good layout, with everything you need. Breakfast was simple but nice. Staff friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a basic hotel as a base for skiing, this is good.

Venus pour une nuit, nous avons découvert un bon hôtel avec petit-déjeuner compris dans le prix.

J’ai passé 3 jours à l’hôtel Alpeen et ce fut une excellente expérience. L’accueil était chaleureux, le personnel attentionné et toujours disponible. La chambre était très propre, confortable et bien aménagée, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. L’hôtel est bien situé, au calme, tout en étant proche des sentiers et des activités proposées dans la station. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour un séjour été comme hiver à la montagne ! Je reviendrai avec plaisir !
