The rooms were clean. We arrived in the evening; there is only one option to contact the hotel: it’s by phone, which costs money to call from the UK. After we got into the room, we found there were no towels, so we couldn’t even use the shower. The next day in the morning, after checking in, we were told that the towels were not included. On the website, it’s mentioned that towels are included, so we paid extra for the towels. No soap, no dishwasher tablets, no dish-cleaning soap. But otherwise it was quite a good apartment, with very friendly staff and very clean and very warm rooms. The apartment is very close to the ski lift.

Immeuble et logement un peu vétuste mais qui dans l’ensemble convenait à nos attentes par rapport au prix. Des finitions et quelques réparations sont quand même à envisager rapidement pour le confort des occupants. Literie plutôt bonne. Équipement correct mais quelques chaises demandent a être remplacées. Zone un peu bruyante et très éclairée la nuit. Parking gratuit de 7 places à l’extérieur et payant d’une quinzaine de places à l’intérieur (70€ la semaine). Le personnel est agréable même si les arrivées sont difficilement traitées (45 minutes d’attente) . La piscine est correcte mais nécessite également quelques rafraîchissements. Manque des équipements, endroits pour déposer les habits notamment dans les douches. Casiers à ski très spartiates (max 5 personnes ski + chaussures en agençant correctement) avec un manque de place pour circuler et entreposer les skis dans les casiers. Attention la situation de l’hôtel est sur un côté de la station, donc pour ceux qui veulent skier directement il y a un télésiège/cabine au Diable, mais si vous avez des cours d’ESF sur Jandri ou Belle Étoile alors il faudra prendre la navette pour vous y rendre. Le retour peu se faire par les pistes (vertes) tout du long du front de neige. Dans l’ensemble assez satisfait de la station et du logement.

Dubbelsängen var för hård för en svensk, man sov inte jättebra, en tjock bäddmadrass från Ikea skulle ju varit toppen. Madrasserna i våningssängen var mjukare. Men det var rent, nära liften och poolen perfekt efter backen. Så över lag hade vi en bra vecka.

C’est la seconde fois que nous choisissons cet établissement. Le rapport qualité/prix est très intéressant. Le personnel est à l’écoute, aimable et réactif. Les appartements de la résidence sont fonctionnels, idéaux pour des familles. La résidence est pour autant calme, avec également beaucoup de couples (jeunes et seniors). Les balcons des appartements ont de belles vues sur les montagnes. La piscine intérieure est un régal pour les enfants et les grands (1.50m de profondeur bassin, eau à la bonne température), surtout après le ski. Nous n’avons pas testé le spa ni la salle de sport.
