The room, garden and pool were nice. However, the water was cut off in our villa for hours the first morning, with a slow reply to my message about the problem. So no flushing toilet, couldn't wash hands and no shower. It came on hours later. It was hard to communicate with the staff because the person who could speak English wasn't there. Then the next morning, it happened again!! There was no consolation for our inconvenience and they weren't very apologetic, only a simple message on the phone.
