Lovely Gem in the Medina
We really enjoyed our stay. The service was outstanding. The property is a gem located deep in the Medina. Our family and guide stayed together there in three rooms for one night. We wish we had had more time. Beautiful breakfast. Don’t miss it if you get the chance to stay there.

Best hotel in Rabat.
Excellent location, beautiful historical facilities, you can walk to most places for authentic Moroccan restaurants an shopping. Taxis are right there, we walked to the tramway station, banks, entertainment. The hotel staff were the best I have ever met in a hotel (and I travel a lot for business). They were available 24 hours and cater to any need. They have a transportation manager who woke up at any hour of the night to get us a taxi or drive us back to hotel, and we tried him at 2am and 5 am, always smiling. We had to leave at 4 am to catch our flight, they arranged for us to have breakfast before we left, their normal breakfast hours were 7 to 11 but they catered to us. Amazing people. I wish I could hire all of them an bring them to San Francisco. The owner was there every morning and everyone looked always happy and smiling. Most employees spoke very good English, excellent French, and other languages. I will go back for sure.

Favorite Riad ever!
I loved Riad Kalaa completely. It was comfortable, beautiful, stylish, in a quiet part of the medina, easy to walk to from the taxi area, and a short walk to the beach, Kasbah des Oudayas, and the Mellah. A dream.

Good location to Oudiya Kasbah
Ours was a one night stay in transit. The Riad was small but comfortable. The wifi service was very very poor, so don't count on it. If you're imagining a regular sized pool to cool off, set your expectations lower. It's a tiny pond for kids to play around in somewhat of a greenish water. Breakfast was good. Location was very close to the Kasbah.

Excellent Riad. Beautiful architecture and excellent room with top notch service. Was empty as we went during Ramadan, but they were very accommodating. Breakfast is also great, with broad spread and very attentive service. My only complaint is that our first floor room felt a little exposed to the inner courtyard and we had some kids in the adjacent room staring in a few times--ask for a room upstairs if coming as a couple.
