Best spot in Palermo! The location was perfect with balcony views facing the Massimo theatre. Minutes away from lots of restaurants, markets and the action. The staff were very helpful and the room was very clean and modern. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

We got the room as it was close to the opera. We were in the opera room and our view was amazing. Additionally, we were right on the main shopping and restaurant walking street. Our room was huge and well kept and our room was cleaned every day which was nice. The highlight was that the room had a balcony overlooking Teatro Massimo Opera House. Each night we sat on the balcony and had a glass of wine. The only glitch we had was that one night when we returned our FOB didn’t work at the entry way and another guest luckily let us in (the desk is not staffed 24/7). The front desk person we worked with most was Stefania (also rye owners name), and she was great We’d definitely stay again.

Ideal location close to the theatre and main street for street food, restaurants and exploring the central part of the city. The main foyer leading up to the reception and rooms can be dark in the day time as internal lights were off, but that is a minor point. The room itself was partly facing the theatre which offers nice views. The room was very clean, comfortable bed with a nice smart TV with netflix and amazon options. The shower was enclosed within a hot tub within the room which was a nice bonus. The optional breakfast of 25 euros is really not worth it as the selection of food and quality was not worth the price. There are breakfast options nearby but they open from 10am onwards. Staff were helpful and spoke English

My stay at Palco Rooms & Suites

I enjoyed a wonderful birthday vacation. Stefania and the team were extremely helpful in recommending restaurants and helping in booking my birthday meal. The location is perfect as very near the historical & shopping areas. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Palermo.

This was a perfect Palermo stay, far better than anticipated. Stefanía provided excellent communication and attention. The location in front of Teatro Massimo was ideal and our room was large, clean and comfortable, surrounded by good dining and shopping. Breakfasts were attractively presented. We can’t imagine a better place to stay in Palermo.

Whilst very excited to stay in what looks amazing in the pictures, sadly the reality was not to be. The kettle had green stains at the bottom, couldn’t use that as not clean. Went to run the bath and the water smelt stagnant, the jets in the bath were missing parts, the shower spilt water from above as was not maintained. The room is beautifully located and the staff seem very nice but the room a disappointment. We arrived late in the evening and checked out the following day. We pointed out the issues to the staff but not something that would be quickly resolved and we wanted to enjoy our holiday. So far they have refused to refund which is their right, I hope they reach out to me so I can add to this review that they recognised the issues, refunded us as we could not stay there and fixed the issues. I can then update thus review with a (sort off) happy ending.
