Fees & policies

Mandatory fees

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 31 March, EUR 1.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April - 31 October, EUR 2.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.

Optional extras

• Buffet breakfast is offered for an extra charge of approximately EUR 15 for adults and EUR 7.5 for children
• Airport shuttle service is offered for an extra charge of EUR 60 per vehicle (one-way)
• Area shuttle service is offered for an extra charge

• Facilities, including a sauna, a spa and a swimming pool, are accessible for an extra charge.
• Children under 16 years old are not allowed in the swimming pool, fitness facility, or hot tub without adult supervision
• Children under 12 years old are not allowed in the spa without adult supervision
• Reservations are required for massage services and can be made by contacting the property before arrival at the number on the booking confirmation
