Great location, lovely breakfast. We were lucky to get a fabulous room with a balcony overlooking the street. The only slight downside was the breakfast staff on our first morning just seemed robotic and bored. Then we had to ask 3 times over 3 days to get the complimentary bottle of wine we were promised when we checked in. Attention to detail is important at a hotel like this and while overall it was a very good place, they need to pay attention to things such as this. Having said that, we will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

Wow! This hotel is amazing. The layout and interior design were breathtaking. The breakfast in the morning was unmatched. The location was right by the water as well as anything you need. I stayed on the first floor and was worried about the sound travel from the nearby restaurants and bars but the rooms are completely sound proofed. Absolutely loved my stay there and if I come back to Thessaloniki, I would choose this hotel again 1000%.

Not terrible but not terribly. Not a 5 star. Location is great but not enough attentive staff, mediocre breakfast, front desk concierge and restaurant waiting staff give the impression they’d rather be elsewhere. Room itself needs attention, shower doesn’t maintain temperature, piping hot towel rails on 24/7 in summer creating excess heat in room and scalding to children etc. I burnt myself on it. Room decor is dated. Lack of USB ports. AC is noisy. Plugs protruding from sockets exposing wire. Room decor is dated, pictures etc on walls are crooked. Bathroom is narrow. WC flush is weak. The interior design needs attention. The back of the television faces the feet of the bed, so you’re probably going to kick it off in the night. Child’s bed is hard. Overall it’s a nice property but just not good enough given the cost and competition.
