Room was clean and spacious. Neighborhood was a little dark and scary but we had no issues. The staff/owners were very helpful and friendly. Easy to communicate via WhatsApp. Transit options were very close.

The room was clean, the staff was very helpful, we were able to check in a little prior to check in time. It was noisy at times but nothing that lasted too long that we had to worry about. It is very convenient because it is right by the train station so we were to walk to the train station very early in the morning.

The area is busy with vendors and people from the train station but is in walking distance from beautiful churches, landmarks and delicious restaurants. The room was very clean. The AC worked wonderfully. Our family had a spectacular time in Naples.

Uncomfortable sleep

The check-in process and cleanliness were fine, but we had trouble sleeping due to noise from neighboring rooms, like loud toilet flushes and door noises. Additionally, the 'free breakfast' was just one croissant and coffee, which was not up to our expectations at all. I cannot come back to this again and cannot recommend at all.

This property had beautiful rooms. Very clean, affordable and the staff was extremely helpful and very kind. Google Translate helped with the language barrier with the staff. The property owner/manager communicated by text in English. Outside of the property is a little different than we expected but we never felt unsafe. It was just very busy with the train station 2 blocks away and Garibaldi Square. There were wonderful little restaurants in the area. We had an amazing time! A great stay in a beautiful room. As stated elsewhere, the rooms themselves have been recently renovated. I doubt you will find a cleaner, more comfortable room. The staff were exceptional. Front desk facilities and breakfast were just around the corner at the New Sayonara hotel and contrary to what you may read elsewhere, you do not need coins for the lift, nor do you need to download an app! Prior to your stay you will be contacted and the ever friendly team will stay in touch via WhatsApp. Super convenient for Centrale Station. Buses, taxis and trains all at your fingertips, no matter your destination. Would I stay again? Most definitely!

The bear minimum, not very pleasant

The bear minimum. Small room with small bathroom. Pros: - close to the train and bus stations - clean The cons: - no service - check in was supposed to be 1pm, at 3:30pm when we arrived the room was still being cleaned - check out was supposed to be 10:30am, we were asked to leave at 10am - we were supposed to have a breakfast but only got the info on where to get it 10min before check out so we couldn't get it - very noisy - no blackout curtains and a very vivid light at the window until late in the night - big lack of furniture (no bedside table or lamp, no room in the bathroom, shower head very low for tall people) - construction and scaffolding on the terrasse

A hidden gem

A fantastic hotel. Convenient location a short stroll from the train station, and a short bus journey/taxi to the airport. On first appearance it didn't look great, as the hotel is down a passageway, but don't judge a book by it's cover. On entering the building it was fresh, clean and inviting. The staff were helpful and friendly. And then on entry into the room....wow! It was modern, spacious and had a huge outdoor area, with seating for socialising. Rooms were freshened up daily to a good standard.

The floor of the room was extremely dirty. I had to take two wet towels and hand mop the floor. Secondly - the “sofa bed” was extremely uncomfortable. The only good thing about this hotel/room was it’s VERY close to the train station. The area is pretty unsafe - saw many homeless people right outside the property. Garbage on the streets and bed smell everywhere.
