This hotel was wonderful. The rooms were beautiful and very well decorated with comfortable bedding, chairs and plush towels. The staff was outstanding. They anticipated your needs and provided superb service. I want to commend Ty, Sam, Rith and Souk for their attentive professionalism. The breakfast was also well done. The buffet offered a nice selection and the option of your favorite omelette and cappuccino was icing on the cake. Overall a wonderful hotel that I would recommend to everyone.

Chaiya Palace made me feel like a king ! From the moment I arrived to when I departed, every staff had been amazing. I booked the Chaiya Suite and it's the best bang for your buck. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, a/c was good to help you beat the Cambodian heat, the balcony was small but enough space for me to enjoy. Do not skip on the buffet breakfast. Then hotel is also just accross from Wat Botum Park and a 15 minute walk to the Royal Palace. While staying, make sure to check out the rooftop to get a 360 degree view of Phnom Penh. The restaurant also had great food, ordered pasta on my first night and it was delicious. Chaiya Palace is a great choice.

Room was spotless, the staff were so kind and the view from the rooftop bar is unrivalled - a perfect way to wind down after a hot day sightseeing. The hotel is in a great position too. I would definitely stay there again.

This is really lovely hotel. It is modern, clean and comfortable but still has character. Much of the character and charm comes from the friendly, helpful staff who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The restaurant food is great and good value and the roof top pool although small gives amazing views around the city. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It is a small hotel with a very big heart.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent location, beautiful, modern and spacious rooms. Spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice seated in the lovely stylish and relaxed restaurant. We ate dinner there a few nights too and the food is delicious, fresh and well priced. We would definitely recommend.
