Lovely quiet oasis in a non-touristy part of the medina (if such a thing exists). The market outside felt like it was selling to locals, not tourists, anyway. Inside, the staff were always helpful and present. Do say hello to the owner if you meet him. The building is a bit of a maze, with a couple of courtyards, a cold swimming pool and a quiet roof terrace where we had breakfast everyday. The bed was comfortable, especially the pillows. Fresh bottled water in the room every day.

We had three nights at riad kniza and it was beyond our expectations. Location is a gem 20mins walk to medina square and all the amazing places we see on instagram like 1112 tea house and Kabana rooftop just to mention. All at riad were wonderful with exceptional customer focus and service. Their breakfasts are amazing and so too their dinner that we had on last night all locally sourced and made in the kitchen 😋. If you thinking of staying in a riad that go other place other than Kniza.

Contact the property ahead to arrange transportation/pickup. Taxis cannot go into the roads to the Riad and you’ll have to drag your luggage through a bustling little market. Once you get to the property it is worth it! The staff is amazing, breakfast on the terrace was memorable

This place is a good introduction to old Morocco. While nicely maintained, it has seen its glory days. The staff was quite attentive - the ones who can speak English well. We had dinner at the rooftop. The service was a little slow but the food was okay. Breakfast in our room was more than enough and it was delicious.

Wonderful Riad in the heart of the Medina. The staff is absolute incredible. They got out of their way to be as helpful as possible. The Riad itself is gorgeous. Wonderful breakfast and their rooms are very large and beautifully appointed. I would highly recommend.
