The interior is amazingly well maintained and clean. The staff from the driver of the airport shuttle, to check-in, to house keeping staff to restaurant staff were all professional and friendly. A very nice hotel about a 20’ ride from the airport

8/10 Very good

Great location in terms of access to airport at a reasonable cost, considerably below other airport hotels. Food is reasonable including breakfast with room is recommended. Decent Thai street food is about a 5’ walk as is a 7-11 store. Overall if you have arrived Bangkok with jet lag it is a good stay before your next flight

Just needed an overnight stay before onward domestic flight, as International flights where in delay for arrival and i missed connection. The single night was very comfortable catching up on sleep before my forward travels!

Good airport hotel stopover. Shuttle worked efficiently to the airport. Hotel meal was good. We didn’t use the drinks vouchers because we couldn’t use them in the restaurant annoyingly.

Great food and close to the airport. Short walk to the mall. Very clean and helpful staff. I was not able to do early check in after flying 14 hours so I had to book an extra night so I had somewhere to stay.

6/10 Good

The hotel is nice and clean and modern with a great breakfast. The neighborhood is not great not much available to do on a layover while waiting . We wanted to visit hotel spa in morning before flight but spa does not open till 1 pm leaving us nothing to do in the area and no decent spas in the vicinity. Not a bad hotel for short stays.
