Clean comfortable room, helpful staff. The pool is lovely and well worth a dip amongst the skyscrapers. The Tiong Bahru market is fantastic for breakfast lunch and evening meals and so close. Havelock MRT is a few minutes walk but it’s also easy to walk to Chinatown from the hotel too. Would definitely recommend.

Nice little hotel in Tiong Bahru.

Right in Tiong Bahru area, which was ideal for us. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable for my wife and I. Options for food is good and public transportation is good with the MRT within 10mins walk.

The hotel has super friendly staff and clean environment, but there were also downsides to this hotel. I booked this hotel because it was stated as a four star hotel, but the reality proved otherwise. Pros: - Very friendly staff. - Clean environment. - Great shampoo & Body wash Cons: - I had to fetch my own water in a four star hotel. - The tv was horrible, probably from 20 years ago. Picture quality is just slightly better than 480p, and it’s not a smart tv. Even if there’s no netflix or whatsoever, there should at least be youtube. - Heavy wear and tear to the furnitures. Overall, many 2 star hotels have better environment and rooms.

My daughter and I stayed at Nostalia Hotel as she was starting at Nanyang University. The hotel is in a great location for getting around, particularly out to NTU in the East/West line. It’s comfortable and clean although I did have to ask for a towel change and to empty the bins

So nice to discover a quiet little oasis in a big city. While the rooms aren’t huge they have everything you need. We especially enjoyed the pool after a day of sightseeing, watching the colourful birds in the trees. All the staff were very helpful and we were close to the MRT. Lots of restaurant choices. Thank you!

The hotel building may be a bit old, yet rooms are always clean and pleasant. I really love the ambience of the area, with Tiong Bahru Market and charming apartment buildings nearby, so this hotel is a perfect choice for me. It would be even better if the room has "universal power outlet" instead of Type G, and/or has an additional power outlet in the room.

We loved everything about our stay here. We received a room upgrade which was a lovely surprise. Bed and pillows great, large fluffy towels, oodles of hot water with good water pressure. Air con was first class. Complimentary bottles of water in the room, tea & coffee making facilities and small refrigerator were the icing on the cake. Highly recommend and will stay there next time we visit Singapore.

the staff was very accommodating and polite. In general the service was very good, checking in, laundry service, getting the bill and all that was very easy and uncomplicated. There is a market and hawker center opposite, you can reach 2 different MRT stations within a few minutes. Chinatown is 10 minutes away on foot or 5 by bike. Bicycle rental stations in the immediate surroundings. Sometimes it was a bit noisy in the side street, but I worked the night shift, so you want to be quiet during the day and are perhaps a bit sensitive.
