Location is well suited for exploring the historical sites however we questioned whether it was safe for walking… Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly. My experience with the reception area wasn’t pleasant. Not so helpful at checkout, rude, seemed also impatient.

This is the place to stay if you want a nice hotel with big rooms and friendly staff. The area around it is not great but the staff helped us get taxis and it felt safe while on the grounds. Breakfast was very good but not amazing. Taxis about 15 Euros to get to most places My brother stayed at the Renaissance which seemed like a nicer hotel (great upstairs rooftop bar/restaurant) but he paid $200 more per night. We were in town for his son’s event so he wanted a fancy place
