My two day stay was a pleasant experience, with several thoughtful details that made the hotel stand out.
The atmosphere is enhanced by soft music, carefully chosen, creating a calm and relaxing environment. The garden by the pool is beautifully manicured, and even less appealing elements have been cleverly concealed, preserving the overall aesthetics. The hotel also has a lovely scent that adds to the experience.
The staff are well trained, attentive, and genuinely service minded. There was one exception whose approach did not quite align with the otherwise consistent standard of service. Mistakes can happen, of course, but what matters is the willingness and ability to acknowledge them, address the situation, and improve. The hotel seems to have the potential to do exactly that.
The location in a quiet neighborhood is another advantage. It does not have an elevator but they were able to acomadate me in the second floor instead the third since I have a permanent injury problem
Breakfast was served buffet style, offering just what one needs to start the day, thoughtfully prepared and nicely presented. A lovely little amuse-bouche offered at reception was a thoughtful and elegant welcoming touch along with fresh water infused with cucumber and herbs was a refreshing touch, as was a lovely little amuse bouche.
Overall, the hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere, attention to detail, and a promising standard of hospitality.
